Firfield was appointed to Design & Build three apartments on behalf of an Overseas Family Office. Working to a tight budget in order to achieve target pricing, our team delivered an outstanding finish two weeks before Practical Completion was due. Firfield co-ordinated and managed each stage of the process from conception to completion.



St. MAur road, parsons green (SW6)

As part of a development project for a repeat client, Firfield was commissioned to refurbish a large five bedroom house spanning over 2,200 square foot, located in the heart of Parsons Green. Working to a tight deadline, the project was completed on-time and on-budget. Works included a full refurbishment, installing solid wood flooring, new plumbing and central heating system, new electrics, garden works and full redecoration throughout.



warrington Crescent, westminster (w9)

A full back-to-brick refurbishment of a two-bedroom flat in Maida Vale. Firfield completed this project to an exacting standard, with hand assembled intricate custom moulded cornices, bespoke architrave crafted on site and extensive spray-painted bespoke joinery. We thoroughly enjoyed restoring the original features to this prestigious listed period building.



collingham place, GlouCester Road (SW5)

A spacious two-bedroom lateral apartment within an  exquisite stucco-fronted building, near Gloucester Road. Firfield was awarded the contract for a full back-to-brick refurbishment of the property. Works included levelling and reinforcing the floor joists, installing a wet underfloor heating system below new solid hardwood floors, fitting new ceilings and custom moulded cornices, completely new electrics and plumbing throughout, two bathroom suites, bespoke fitted joinery, with full re-plastering and redecoration to an exacting finish.



kensington penthouse Apartment (w14)

When an investor client asked Firfield to extend this apartment by building a mansard loft conversion, we doubled the floor area of the property and created a stunning luxury three bedroom penthouse. With full responsibility for the Design & Build, this project was completed on time and under budget.



CHelsea penthouse (Sw10)

This stunning 4,500 square foot luxury penthouse apartment, was refurbished by Firfield for a high profile private client. Works included restoring the original timber floors, new central heating system, new bathroom goods, bespoke joinery and full redecoration throughout. With four metre high ceilings and 360 degree aspect, the finished result was breath-taking.



manchuria road, CLapHAM (SW11)

Firfield was contracted to complete a side and rear extension to a classic Victorian terraced house in Clapham. The job required significant structural work and temporary supports, before moving onto a full refurbishment of the property, including fitting new kitchen, installing new hardwood flooring, the creation of a tiled wet room with underfloor heating, and full redecoration.

Queensberry Place, South Kensington (SW7)

As part of the full refurbishment of a luxury flat in South Kensington, Firfield was appointed for the full refurbishment of the communal areas, outdoor terrace and to design, supply and fit a bespoke high specification kitchen.



ELBE street, Fulham (SW6)

Firfield was employed to complete a ground floor extension and full refurbishment of a terraced house in Fulham. The project included structural steelwork, installing heli-bars and repointing the rear facade, fitting a new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring throughout, new plumbing and electrics, and full redecoration. The property was put on the market and sold within two days for a record price (per square foot).
