Firfield partners with clients to manage development projects where a return on investment is a key priority. From initial development appraisals and conceptual designs through to completion, we manage the entire process on behalf of private investors, family offices and specialist funds. We apply the same rigorous standards to the design, planning and construction process as if the property were our own.

Working closely with our design partners, we produce detailed conceptual proposals and planning applications, and manage projects from start to finish. COMPANY HISTORY
Firfield was set up in 2013 and since then we have successfully completed over 140 building and construction projects across London.
We have grown steadily and surely over the past ten years we have been in business. Our business was built on personal referrals and continues to grow through word of mouth.
To us, every project matters.
Firfield approaches every project as a partnership with our client, with total commitment to deliver your project on-time, on-budget and to the required quality.
The name Firfield is derived from a field full of fir trees on the farm owned by one of our founders. Now the humble fir tree is re-imagined in our logo.
We work on all building types and across all areas of Greater London, but we specialise in properties in Chelsea, Kensington, Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham, Wandsworth, Putney, Clapham, Battersea, Richmond and Ealing.
Health and safety
Firfield is committed to safeguarding the health, safety and welfare of our employees, clients and the general public. All of our construction teams are thoroughly briefed on the relevant Health and Safety regulations to ensure that they adhere to the latest legislation. This includes fire safety, first aid, personal protective equipment (PPE), safety signs and security.
Health and Safety is paramount to us and will always be put at the forefront of our business operations. Each site has a designated Health and Safety Officer available to ensure that these rules are strictly enforced at all times. We also employ independent third party Health and Safety consultants who carry out regular site inspections.
